How can I buy in CopyDrana?
Thanks to this new website you already have 2 ways to do it:
1_In this same web you can make the purchase of the products. "ADD TO MY PURCHASE" and the products you have chosen will appear on the right side of the screen. Once you have made all your purchases, click on the orange "BUY" button and that's it, you only have to fill in your details and you will receive it where you have indicated us.
2_In the Copy Drana store You can choose with our saleswoman the products via web and later pay in cash. After 3-5 days you can enjoy your purchase or we can send it to where you tell us or come to pick it up once we have notified you via email.
How do I pay for my order?
You have 3 100% secure payment methods:
1_ Payment with debit or credit card
2_ Bank transfer
3_ Payment with PayPal
Where can I send my products?
Shipments to the Peninsula are made through a private courier company and the order arrives to you within a maximum of 5 days after the purchase.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made through Express Mail to maintain the same rates for the entire national territory and will arrive within a maximum period of 5 days.
If you want us to send you the purchase outside of Spain, send us an e-mail to comanda@copydrana.com and we will contact you to tell you the conditions. In this type of shipment the delivery time depends on the country of destination.
Can the products be returned?
If it is a change, please tell us what you want by writing to an email comanda@copydrana.com:

1_If you send it with Certified Mail, we will receive it in 2-4 days.
2_ We will confirm the new order to production in 2-4 days. The production time of the new order will be 3-5 days.
3_We will send you with Correos Express messaging.
4_You have a maximum period of 7 calendar days to make the return
The total deadline would then be up to 3-9 working days from the receipt of your package in CopyDrana.
